The open plan living room has a relaxing loveseat, recliner for watching the large Smart TV with cable included.  The kitchen has gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and cookware/serving ware.  Clean decorative flooring (no carpet). The dining table/chairs for two make this a pleasant getaway in a sunny, bright suite. The separate bedroom has a Queen bed and a TV.

It is centrally air conditioned with control in apartment.  Included in the rate are Maid service, all utilities, cable tv and wireless internet.  There is a coin operated laundry across the hall.  The modern elevator with security codes provides security while serving the fourth floor.  No smoking or pets, please.    Access to courtyard and covered balcony provided for guests’ enjoyment.
