The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, full sized refrigerator, coffee pot and all cooking and dining needs.  

Included in the rental of this apartment are all utilities, cable  flat screen TV, central air and wireless internet in the building. The building has a coin operated laundry on the same floor (third floor). The modern elevator is code controlled for security and privacy on each floor. There is a large patio on the third floor and a large balcony shaded with an awning on the second floor for tenant use. This apartment is suitable for two couples on short term basis and two individuals for longer term, each with private room/bath. No smoking or pets.
