Included in the rental of this apartment are all utilities, cable  flat screen TV, central air and wireless internet in the building.   The modern elevator is code controlled for security and privacy on each floor. There is a large courtyard on the third floor and a large balcony shaded with an awning on the second floor for tenant use.
